Daizushi is a conceptual plant-based sushi restaurant based in Austin, Texas with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and cooking. They are committed to sustainable business practices and connecting with the local community.


Daizushi's target audience are those who consider themselves vegan, plant-based, or have an interest in this lifestyle. They are adventurous and empathetic. They are interested in leading a more sustainable and minimal lifestyle.

Social Media Presence

Austin has a well-established online vegan community. As such, Daizushi uses social media as their primary way to communicate with their audience.

Daizushi's website is clean and minimal to allow users easy navigation through the content. They source most of their food from their very own garden and offer volunteer opportunities for the community to help out.
